Cape Florida Light is a lighthouse in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Florida has 49 lighthouses on record at Wayfarrow, 2 of them in Miami-Dade County.

It was built in 1846, in the first half of the 19th century, making it the 4th oldest of the 30 in Florida with a recorded construction date; the tower stands about 95 feet tall (9th tallest of 16 measured in Florida); the light characteristic is recorded as Fl W 6s (a white flash every 6 seconds); it was deactivated in 1878.

Status check, 2026-11: The original 1825 tower was burned in an 1836 Seminole attack. The current tower was finished and first lit in 1846, then raised to 95 ft in 1855, so the record's 1825 is the year of the first tower, not this one. Cape Florida Light is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It stands at 25.6666° N, 80.1560° W.
